He is President of Tres Mares, S.A. and was Vice President of YellowPepper Mobile Financial Solutions (a digital payments company). He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Americas Society/Council of the Americas (2013-2018) and a Visiting Scholar at Florida International University (2012-2015), promoting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Miami.
Accountant and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the financial and technology sectors. He was COO of the Chilean startup Ocular (2022-2024) and International Deputy Director of Pro Agro Seguros (2019-2022), where he promoted technologies for agricultural tracking. At 18, he became the youngest employee at the Financiera Nacional de Desarrollo Agropecuario, implementing various operational and financial improvements.
Entrepreneur and former public servant, Eduardo has over 9 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He has extensive professional experience in litigation and was an advisor in the Senate of the Republic. From 2019 to 2024, he held various positions at the Servicio de Administración Tributaria. Additionally, he was a founding partner of the restaurant Shisha Sheikh (2017-2020) and is a member of the Asociación Jurídica Mexicano-Libanesa Al Muhami, A.C.
